Shamira Drice (she/her) Registered Psychotherapist & Clinical Supervisor

  • I believe that providing an open space for your emotional vulnerability and following you at your pace is the key to the onset of anyone's healing journey. When appropriate for your needs, I incorporate practical tools established in evidence-based modalities to further assist you towards reaching your reported goals. I take a strengths-based approach to ensure that your inner strengths are being accessed and cultivated. As a warm and genial human, I work in collaboration with my clients in the therapy room - welcoming their feedback to help guide the therapeutic process.

Anne Dure (she/her) Therapist Intern

  • I believe that healing unfolds when people feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued. My philosophy is to create spaces that are safe, inclusive, and free of judgment, where each person’s unique story can be honored with empathy, respect, and curiosity.

Therapy is a collaborative journey, where clients are the experts of their own lives and my role is to walk alongside them with compassion and openness. Guided by a commitment to accessibility and equity, I strive to make therapy a place where individuals and families can draw upon their inherent strengths, explore new perspectives, and build resilience.

I am particularly mindful of the ways culture, identity, and systemic barriers shape lived experiences, and I believe in addressing these realities with sensitivity and care. My hope is to not only support clients in navigating challenges, but also to help them foster meaningful growth, deepen connections, and experience a greater sense of belonging.
